You can stop smoking immediately. Anytime. Just do it. Go and live on a desert island for two months with no smokes.
But with EFT it's much sweeter, don't need an island.
I'm supposing that you know how to use the set up phrases and the tapping points.
Ask yourself why you smoke and get the answer. Ask yourself if your level of addiction is 1 or 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. Yeah 10 right?
So: Tapping on the Karate point; Repeat 3 times
Even though I smoke like a chimney and smell like old ham I totally love and respect myself.
Now Tap 7 times on each point and say. 'Smoke like a chimney'.
That's Eyebrow, side of eye, under eye, under nose, chin, collar bone, under arm and top of head.
You will yawn at this point. Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Second round of taps: The same order as above but no Karate point.
Repeat. One phrase one point. I don't like smoking. I don't need to smoke. I want to taste my food again. That was my last cigarette. Now I can breathe again. Thank you for the abundance I have.
Take another deep breath.
Do a third round of taps with these phrases. One for each point.
I have abundant health. I feel younger today. Abundance is all around me. I attract abundance. Deep breathing is good for me. I sleep soundly now. I love and respect myself. Thank you for all the abundance in my life.
Print this out or save to Note Pad
Ask yourself what that level of addiction is now. Probably only a 3. on the 1 to 10 scale.
Now here is MY secret weapon. It's an alchemist's secret
Smoking was your habit. The only way to kill a habit is replace it with another one. A healthy one of course.
The easiest would be to take three deep breathes every time you think of a cigarette. Find the best one for you.
Could be a glass of water. Whatever it is tell your brain what it is for. I am substituting my cigarette with this ... (Glass of water).

How wonderful of you to share your abundance with us! I enjoyed the bus ride; but so sad for your VW beetle.
They hold a special place in my memory that your mention of yours brought to mind and I smiled at nothing.

And how strong you were not to make faces at the bank camera!! I was once unable to resist doing so and one of the tellers called me to say what a hoot I was; and how everyone had to look at the "dippy old lady making faces at the ATM camera"!! Glad I made their day.

My Sunday abundance was in sleeping all last night!! The first long restful sleep I had had in 4 days.
In the quiet cool bedroom I stretched a looooong top to toes stretch and almost hollered out loud when I realized I HAD SLEPT ALL NIGHT!! I languished under the sheets a bit and rose to my first cup of coffee and the beautiful sunshine, and my favorite gospel music on the TV. Got me perking right quick.

My abundance continued when I began to fix our supper and I realized that I was preparing my oldest daughters favorites; so I called and told her to come and join us!! AND SHE DID!!

She brought her little ankle biter(chihuahua) and mine was beside himself to have puppy company.
I call her puppy my "grand-puppy". They played, we laughed, we ate till we moaned and the day was good.

As I prepare to close down for the night, I read your warming tale and the day is EXTRA GOOD!!

As you know I'm Jame$.
I've been looking for an income using the internet for many years. We won't go into all the things that don't work. I would prefer to just keep reiterating that the OBA business model is the answer to my seekings.

When you read the e-book "Stop Being A Victim" you are able to protect yourself from all those outrageous offers that attract you. Just that will save you untold woe. I might add that a penny saved is a penny earned.

So. I am housebound by having to live within the limits of the monthly cash available. OBA can change that as my OBA online business grows and I help the HOUSEBOUND set up their OBA and see their success. There is no MY Success without YOUR Success so that's what it's all about.

Wow ! James that's not a hard topic for me to follow up on! At a time when most "Baby Boomers" were preparing for retirement I was fronted with the responsibility of a 20 something young lady. As you many may not know I am the sole support of my 2 adorable granddaughters, Katie 4 and Kylie 2. Neither are in daycare or preschool and I care for them 24/7. I guess I'm a stay at home "grandmom" In addition to the lack of sufficient cash flow, getting these two toddlers prepared for an outing is quite a task (lol) So the budget limits our outings to local market and variety store. Now don't feel bad...we also have a beautiful beach one block away that we do get to visit for a few hours a week plus we enjoy the daily view of the Atlantic Ocean from our 15th floor balcony and we enjoy magnificent sunsets....I will post some photos...when I update my profile! So housebound I am for now ....and I do mean for now!

When I was confronted with new responsibility about 2 years ago I found the OBA, whcih is inexpensive ($5.00) to join and become an independent business owner ....never did I expect to meet such a wonderful group of friends and partners. The OBA is like a family helping each other succeed and the information they provide while assisting with your own business growth is priceless. I believe nowhere else on the internet could I have learned as much as quickly as I did and still do from the OBC. There is always someone there to answer your question or help you solve a problem. For me the OBA and OBC are my front door...leading me to financial freedom....all I have to do is turn the handle.

It takes a lot of hard work, persistance, and focus to become successful in any business but the OBA familly provides the support system necessary to make it happen. I thank the Lord for the day my finger clicked on the OBA link that lead me to "Jude's Nest" and it"s all history from there. It all began with $5
